TESOL Ministry’s event calendar is designed to provide a platform for sharing opportunities and events that may benefit volunteer ESL teachers, tutors, programs, and ministries. We hope to facilitate professional development, as well as collaboration and community engagement within these groups.
Anyone who has the authority to promote or share an event related to ESL teaching, tutoring, or community programs is welcome to submit an event. This includes organizations, ministries, and individuals. To submit an event, fill out the Add Event Form below.
There is no cost to share an event on the events calendar.
Events submitted should be directly related to the interests and needs of volunteer ESL teachers, tutors, and related programs. Examples include workshops, training sessions, conferences, and networking events. Please ensure that your event is informative and beneficial to our audience.
We do not allow events that feature sales pitches, promotional materials, or the sale of products/services. Any events intended to sell goods or services will not be approved for posting.
Yes, all submitted events will be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse any event submission for any reason. Approval of an event for listing does not imply an endorsement or approval by TESOL Ministry.
You will receive a confirmation email once your event has been reviewed and approved for listing or denied. Please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process submissions.
If you need to make changes to your event after it has been submitted, please contact us.
If your event is canceled or postponed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remove or update the listing on our calendar.
No, we will not share your personal information without your consent. The information collected for event submissions will only be used for the purpose of managing the event calendar.
We try our best to provide accurate and useful information about the events posted on TESOL Ministry’s Community Calendar. However, we are not responsible for any mistakes or inaccuracies in the event listings or anything related to these events. This means that we cannot be held liable for any problems that might arise from listing an event or using this calendar or participating in any events.
When you register for or come to an event listed on our calendar, you’re doing so at your own risk. We encourage you to use your own judgment when deciding whether to attend. TESOL Ministry does not endorse other organization’s events listed in the Community Calendar.
